FAQ intrusion systems
Of course, you just have to ask your installer to program the control panel with a total arming type and a custom one for the night that excludes the internal sensors.
It means that an alarm occurred in the last activation cycle. Consult the Alarm Memory before re-inserting the system.
Each sensor programmed as ALERT, when detected, generates a signal (DIN-DON) in the control unit when the system is deactivated, while it generates a normal alarm if the system is armed to include that sensor.
The sensors set as MONITOR, when the control unit is activated to include them, generate a low intensity signal from the internal siren for 30 seconds. This function is useful, for example, to be notified by sensors outside the home while you are at home, without alarming the whole system.
The sensors set as Technological are always active, i.e. not subject to insertion. The function is useful for example combined with contacts connected to flooding, gas, smoke sensors etc. In this way you will have the signal even with the control unit deactivated while we are at home. The alarm can be a low intensity sound from the internal siren. It is also possible to associate the alarm with an auxiliary output, with which to control an external device (e.g. telephone dialer, solenoid valve, etc.).
Certainly. It is sufficient to enable a delay on the first sensor that detects you when you enter the house (eg the contact of the entrance door). In this way, entering before disarming the system, the control unit will respond with a series of beeps for the entire delay time set.
This problem can be easily solved by having your installer enable the Time Auto-arming function. In this way, every day at the set time, the programmed zones will be activated automatically.
The elimination of a single remote control can always be carried out by the installer using a computer. However, the user can also perform an emergency lockout. On control panels with GSM, the user can send an SMS to the control panel capable of blocking all activators. On control units with internet connection, the administrator user can disable individual users via the App. In this way, the stolen or lost remote control will no longer be able to deactivate the system.
The control unit constantly monitors the presence of the electricity network and signals its absence, either by sending SMS or pushes or via the control unit display. The system is able to operate even without the electricity, because it has a buffer battery that intervenes in the absence of it and is recharged in its presence.
As in the case of a power failure, the control unit constantly checks the battery charge and signals its low level, either by sending SMS or pushes or via the control unit display.
It is sufficient to equip the attendant with a suitably programmed key or radio control. This device can temporarily deactivate only the sensors or sectors set, for a certain programmed time, after which the control unit reactivates the excluded sensors. All this happens while the rest of the system remains normally inserted.
It is sufficient to equip the employees with keys or radio controls appropriately programmed with a time limit. In this way, these devices will be active only in the time interval set by you. Outside these hours they will be unusable.
There is the possibility to perform a manual override. This option allows you to enter one or more sensors only for subsequent arming, they will be reactivated again after disarming the system.
There is a “Sensor Test” mode to check the correct operation of each sensor. At each request, the control unit will emit a beep and show the name assigned to the sensor on the display.
