FAQ perimetral system
The active infrared barriers emit beams of light at the infrared frequency which, when interrupted by an intruder, generate an alarm.
Microwave barriers generate, through the emission of a high frequency signal, a detection area which – when disturbed by a person passing through it – triggers the alarm.
The barrier creates linear protection that detects when an intruder attempts to cross the line; it has a protection length of up to hundreds of meters. An outdoor sensor detects the movement of an intruder within a volume of space with a detection range generally confined to within 15 meters.
